Site Inspection

As a rule, site inspections are charged. Our company is based in Yokohama, so the fee varies depending on the location of the property, travel distance, the scope of the inspection, the number of staff attending, and whether specialist partner companies need to attend. For distant locations, the total cost — including transportation and other expenses — may range from approximately JPY 30,000 to JPY 300,000. The official inspection fee will always be provided in advance, and we will proceed only after receiving your approval.

We normally assume one site inspection before the contract. If additional on-site confirmation becomes necessary for our own reasons, or if it can be handled by a local partner company alone, no extra fee will apply in principle. However, additional on-site meetings requested by the client, repeat visits, or re-inspections due to plan changes may incur separate fees.
